• We transcribe your recording(s) into a written recipe(s).
• We deliver your recipe(s) to you digitally.
• Generally, when your process starts and when it ends = 1 Procedure Document (that could be 5 pages or 25 pages depending on the length of your process)

Done-For-You Flowcharts & Diagrams

• We make a sketch(es) of your process(es).
• We turn your sketch(es) into a beautiful, full-color flowchart, diagram, or organizational chart.
• We deliver your flowchart(s) to you digitally, along with your choice of either a poster sent to your office or a PowerPoint presentation laying out your flowchart in stages.
• Generally, when your process starts and when it ends = 1 Flowchart

Done-For-You Whiteboard Videos

• We write a script for your video, because making a whiteboard video is like making a movie: it needs a script.
• We turn your script into a one-to-five minute, engaging whiteboard video.
• We deliver your whiteboard video to you digitally in .MP4 format.
• Generally, when your process starts and when it ends = 1 Whiteboard Video

Remote digital delivery

• We deliver your procedure documents & flowchart(s) to you in PDF & Word and/or JPG format, respectively. Your whiteboard videos will be in .MP4 format.
• TURNAROUND TIME: Up to one (1) week per procedure document or flowchart. Up to two (2) weeks per whiteboard video.
• Unlimited revisions to ANYTHING we make for you.
