What does the $30 rate include? Is that per / time or per video?

Hello, My sincere apologies for the delay in my response  to you, as I was away and did not see your message. The $30 rate is for the length of time to transcribe the audio. The industry standard is four hours of transcription time for one hour of clear audio, or a 4:1 ratio – that is, one hour of transcription time for a 15-minute-long recording. It takes 1 hour ($20-$30) to transcribe 15minutes of an audio recording. Hope this helps, please let me know if you need anything else. thanks, Cheryl
