Please NOTE: Some of the Intros do not accommodate all choices. For example, if you do not see a spot for your URL or text, then the Intro does not support it. Make sure you choose an Intro that has every option you want. This can always be changed, but it is less confusing for everyone if you are clear with your first choice.

What I need from you:

• Which Intro you want. They are numbered 1 through 23. The easiest way is to include a screenshot. Or give me the number or a description; for example, green golfing.
• Your logo in png or jpg. Please note, if you want the logo background to be transparent, it must be in png format.
• Hex colors used for your business
• Website name and URL address
• Tag line or other one-line text, 20 characters or less, if your selection supports it.
