MY PROCESS

I conduct a consultation where we go over your business, goals and what's working vs. what's not. Once we agree upon a design direction, I set off on my work and ultimately present 3 different logo concepts for you to choose from. You select which you like best and we take care of revisions (if necessary). Once the logo is solidified, I create the remaining elements of the logo package, consisting of the matching icon, favicon, color palette and file package.

TIMELINE

2-3 weeks after consultation depending on response time. Shorter timelines may be considered. Please inquire with details about your project.

REVISIONS

I am committed to having 100% satisfied clients, therefore I don't put a cap on revisions. As long as the request is consistent with the approved design strategy, I'm happy to consider all revisions within reason.

REFUND

Customers may request a full refund up to the point of the initial strategy approval. After that point, the project can be cancelled however clients will be billed for the hours spent at a rate of $30/hr.

ABOUT ME Hi! I'm brand design expert, Margaret Chiarelli. I started Odd Zero Design inspired by the belief that design exists to connect art and industry. Each business is unique and has it's own identity and message. It's the designer's role to roll of it up into attractive and concise logo–the face of your brand.

I have over 4 year experience specializing in logo and brand design. I've worked with large national organizations and small start-ups. I enjoy working in many different styles from clean and modern, to more loose and organic.

I have a BA from Smith College, where I studied fine art. I went on to the Graphic Design program at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
