Why the high price point? To be transparent, $3500 is the price for testing, building, setup, etc, the first month. If you want keep us on to manage, price may go up thereafter depending on size, budget, needs, etc, but we will let you know about that cost ahead of time. You're paying for expertise and an entire team. We have in house copywriters, funnel/landing page designers, tracking implementors, data masters and project managers. And they're all in house in Canada/USA, not outsourced or contracted to other agencies or freelancers.

We don't look at ourselves as an outsource. Our goal is to be your main strategic partner and work closely with your team, understand your business and help you gain actual conversions and ROI, not just vanity metrics.

We don't paint things with a gold brush and prefer to maintain honesty and transparency. In other words, we say it like it is! So here is what to expect when working with us.

First Month: Every ad and funnel needs to be tested! No exceptions. We don't believe in throwing all your cash into an ad or funnel right off the bat. We start small and only invest more budget when we can assure a campaign, ad, ad copy, ad creative, and landing page/funnel is hitting KPIs and actually converting. We need at least 2 weeks to test, but prefer one month to gather the best data. This will vary based on budget, industry, audience size, etc.

Here's what else to expect during this month: *We know the FB rules, regulations and guidelines! But we aren't afraid to ethically push the envelope and leverage loop holes. We're good at that. 🙃

First week:

• Get to know your goals, team, business, audience
• Run a comprehensive audit to see areas of improvement
• Plan, design & build test campaigns, ad copies, funnel, etc
• Check tracking, fix or setup if applicable

Second week:

• Test everything! Test audiences, funnels, copy, creative, objectives etc.
• Setup reporting
• Gather data and optimize/manage campaigns.

Week 3-4:

• More testing & optimization
• Go over performance and pick the winners!

Second Month: Now you can confidently put more of your hard earned money towards campaigns, copies, creatives, and funnels you know actually work!

Here's what else to expect during this month if you choose to keep us on board to manage:

• Things don't end at the first month. Just because we found great campaigns, doesn't mean they will last! It's time to innovate. We take the data to find innovative ways to enhance performance further.
• We will imminently begin creating new copy, graphics, testing new audiences to further expand your reach and have working creatives in the back for when the current ads tank.
• We like to keep it fresh. Evergreen!

Thereafter if you choose to stay: Our job is to keep everything working well, innovate, and refresh creatives to meet your goals, KPIs and major objectives. Our goal is also to advise you on changes, new opportunities, challenges and take out fires!

We'll also pay you a few visit!

Here's what we need from you:

We like to start off with a basic audit for Free. This will give us and you an idea as to what is needed. To give you a more comprehensive audit, we require access to your account(s).

• FB AD Manager *we'll set one up for you if you don't have it
• FB Pixel *we'll set one up for you if you don't have it
• FB Pages *we'll set one up for you if you don't have it
• Website/Funnel/Landing Page back end access
• Google Analytics if applicable *we'll set one up for you if you don't have it

Fees:

The first month is $3500 to do all the setup, testing and work for you, and will be assessed case by case to determine amount of work involved thereafter if you choose to stay. This may increase the price after the first month. We can however provide a price right off the bat if you want to know what the price thereafter would be. Just get in touch!
