-If the buyer does not provide all the required assets, answers, and information needed to complete the project there will be a delay in delivery of the project. This happens often as buyers make the gig purchase through the platform and then are not ready with all the answers for the seller. This is understandable, but please note that it will delay the project. -If buyer and seller discuss additional tasks, revise the scope, or change the scope in any way from the service listing it needs to be documented on a recorded call or in writing. When revisions to the scope are made, the deadlines for the project will be adjusted to a later date as needed. Naturally, such revisions will not entitle the buyer to cancel/refund if the original scope is not completed. -The seller on this platform will not be compensated for 10-14 days after the project is completed so seller would like to make sure the buyer has all the deliverables provided and is satisfied before seller is compensated. To make this mutually fair, seller provides 2 free revisions. Why? If buyer is not satisfied, seller will work with buyer to resolve any issue in 72 hours so that the project can be completed as promised. If for whatever reason buyer and seller are not able to resolve issues, the seller will retain 50% of the service charge as a “kill fee”, unless no deliverables were provided to buyer.
