1. A long-form blog around the topic of the podcast
2. A headline for your blog that your readers just CAN'T ignore
3. A catchy blog-header to go along
4. 7 story-based long-form social media posts (with thumb-stopping images to accompany them)
5. 7 additional quote cards for social media together with the caption (this way you will publish twice per day on social media)
6. 21 tweets

A minimum length for the podcast should be 20 minutes and it can go all the way up to one hour.
